Rod had dreamed of skiing the fabulous runs in Japan. So Dreams2Live4 with the help of lots of dream makers put together an experience Rod will never forget and made his dream a reality!

Rod has lived with metastatic disease for 8 years his metastases have been widespread, including in his brain, so an ambitious dream such as skiing a black run was a great challenge for Rod.

Japan Airlines donated airfares and Snowave Travel the accommodation at Hokkaido Resort; the lift passes and transfers in Japan. Southern Cross Limousines offered a chauffeur service to and from the airport in Sydney.

He went on to say, “ The snow was perfect, so powdery just brilliant, like nothing I have skied before, the exhilaration will stay with me for ever. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make it happen”
