Sarah’s dream was to have a holiday with her family, where her husband could truly unwind and revive.

Since becoming unwell several years ago with metastatic breast cancer, Sarah has been in and out of hospital for treatments, leaving much of the day-to-day caring of the family to her husband Gerry.

With non identical twins now 3 years old this has meant a very busy few years for Gerry, and with no holiday since or in sight this was beginning to take its toll!

She knew for him to have some time out with her, the children would need to be catered for so some sort of babysitting or childcare arrangements were very important for the dream to be adequately fulfilled.

The ACCOR group kindly donated a week’s accommodation for the family at the Novotel Twin Waters Resort on the Sunshine Coast near Noosa. They included in the package free entry each day to the Dolfi Kids Club at the resort. Air tickets were booked and paid for by Dreams2Live4 from donated funds.

Upon their return, Sarah and her husband were visibly relaxed; Sarah said she felt revitalised and that it was such a pleasure to see Gerry unwind. “ The resort was fantastic they made our stay incredibly memorable we would just like to thank everyone so much for making it happen.”
