Dreams2live4 Official Launch

Deams 2 Live 4 was officially launched on Saturday 28th July 2007 at a cocktail reception kindly hosted in the historic Edmund Blackett function room at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick.

Over 170 people attended the launch, the arrangements for which were provided entirely complimentary by a group of willing sponsors and supporters.

Voluntary helpers, dressed in black t-shirts with the Dreams 2 Live 4 emblazoned on the back, and the front, set the scene, and the elegant sandstone building, decorated with stunning flower arrangements provided a worthy stage.

Annie Robinson welcomed guests, and delivered a speech to inform attendees of the aims and hopes for Dreams 2 Live 4.  Official Ambassador, Andrew Denton was in attendance, drawing the two winning raffle tickets for one-off prizes of an evening at the filming of “Enough Rope”, and a morning with Gai Waterhouse, anther Dreams 2 Live 4 Ambassador.

Interest and support for the concept was enormous, and over $10,000 was raised from the raffle, and generous donations.
